2012

2012 will always be the year of Eliana in my mind.  We met her on January 16.  She arrived home on February 3.  The rest of the year has been an amazing journey of healing and learning and growing.  She is such an incredible gift!

A few other highlights from 2012:
We decided to homeschool.
I started advocating for waiting children on my blog.
I got a new camera and began to learn to use it.
I spoke on a webinar for our adoption agency.
I went to Russia!
I got to be a part of the {in}courage groups launch.
We went to Texas for Thanksgiving.

And in and around and woven through the fabric of the year are the everyday laughter and tears, discussions and descisions, failures and triumphs.  It has been a year of change and growth and blessing.  God has been near and faithful and has blessed us beyond measure.

I cannot wait to see what God has in store for our family in 2013.
