See this little girl. Isn't she just too cute? Just look at that smile! She has a "special need". She needs a family. That is pretty much it.

"Xin Xin is an adorable little girl who is described as being bright, active and clever. She can be shy around strangers but will warm up once she sees that they are nice people. She loves to do impressions of people she knows and favorite cartoon characters. Xin Xin has a great imagination and loves to draw. She has a Snow White doll that she loves. She is currently living in foster care."
Xin Xin is 7 years old and had been matched with a family. This family was unable to continue with the aoption so she is waiting again. She has been waiting for too long! Our agency is looking for a family who has an LID and is prepared to move quickly.
