Waiting Child - Zuo Zuo- (Edited to add a note from Pat)

Updated 09/05/2012- Zuo Zuo has a family!!!


Edited to add a note from Pat Marcus , who met Zuo Zuo very recently,  "What I remember most about this boy is that he was serious until you spoke about something that interested him. His face lit up when he spoke about his Ultraman figures and video games. He participated in some catch and a game of bat the balloon, but clearly his enthusiasm was for his favorite toys. He was somewhat quiet in our time together, but the foster care team did report he is very verbal at home and in familiar settings. He is reportedly very smart and really enjoys academics. When I asked him what his favorite food is, he reported he really enjoyed Chips. He is sweet and handsome. I hope someone will open their hearts to this beautiful boy."

Here is another handsome little boy who is waiting for a family!  He is almost 7 years old and had surgery on his diaphragm when he was younger but has no on going medical issues.

Zuo Zuo is living with a foster family in southern China.  He is shy with people he does not know, but is very active and cheerful, and even rambunctious at times, when in a familiar environment.



His teacher in the senior preschool class he attends says he does well in school and is good at listening and at following rules.

He loves cartoons- drawing, writing, and watching them.

Basically he is just a sweet, normal little boy who needs what all little boys need.  A family who will love him unconditionally and somewhere he knows he belongs.  That is all.

Zuo Zuo is designated to Gladney through a partnership with the orphanage in charge of his care.
